Delivery & Shipping Policy

You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. It is not always necessary for the card holder to sign for any goods ordered and once delivered please note that we cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing. Any goods received faulty or damaged must be notified to us in writing via email within 7 days of receiving them including quoting your order reference.

Our deliveries are made via UK Royal Mail, UPS, Citylink, DHL or other suitable and approved couriers. Please note that we are unable to give instructions to the couriers with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours or in garden sheds. If, when ordering, such instructions to this effect are requested, we are unlikely to be able to adhere to them for which we sincerely apologise. This service is not possible for us.

Items requried urgently or the next day can be opted for and appropriate fees will apply for this service. It is advisable that to ensure this is received the next, orders should be placed no later than 4.00 pm. With this service, there is no specific time guaranteed of delivery, only that you should receive the item on the day confirmed. Exceptions may occur such as courier breakdowns, or weather issues etc. No refunds will be made for the extra service should the service and delivery be related to an issue out of our control.  

Orders placed outside of normal business hours are processed on the next available business day. Despatch for these vary between 1-2, although we do our very best to endeavour same day processing and despatch. However this is not a guarantee. It is also possible that your order may be delayed if there are any unexpected stock issues/shortages. (You will be notified by e-mail or telephone if this is the case). With this option, which is a standard service, deliveries may take between 3-5 days once goods have been despatched from our warehouse. 

We can only deliver to addresses conveyed and/or related to mode or method of payments. Your order may also be delayed if we fail to get authorisation for payment for your order. (We run independent security checks which include postcode matching, user surnames & card usage patterns. These checks are essential to prevent credit card fraud). Orders are therefore only despatched once payment is secured and confirmed.

Please note we do not refund postage if customer wishes to return the item. Please refer to our terms and conditions on how a refund is applicable.
