Delivery & Shipping
In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 14 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment. Please ensure that you contact us in writing within 14 days if you have not received your order. Please note that if we are not contacted in writing within 14 days, it will be assumed that you have received your order as requested.
Where an incorrect address has been given to us with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred for re-delivery. If the item is returned to us with such reasosn, we reserve the right to deducting a handling and admin fee on the price paid. This fee is 15% of the value of the goods purchased.

Next Day Delivery

Please note the next day delivery times are tentative, our courier companies aim to deliver with in the time stated however under un-avoidable circumstances it might get delayed, in such circumstances if the premium for delivery has been paid that will not be refunded as we will not get the refund from the courier company either.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned to us.
If the goods are not faulty you have 7 working days from the day after the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods at your cost for a refund (click here to find out how to return goods). A refund will be provided within 30 days.
If any returned goods are not faulty and the goods contain software that has been opened a 25% restocking fee will apply. We expect any returned goods to be returned in the condition originally sold including any product packaging. 


As mentioned in the Returns policy if the goods are faulty we have allowed to provide refund after checking the condition of the goods received back for refund. There may be a cost deducted if requires cleaning or fixing before restocking the goods for re-sale. 

There are strict no refund policies on any grocery products unless notified with in the 24hrs of delivery of any fault or issue with the products. The grocery products includes any edible products such as oil, sugar, salt, rice, tea or coffee and chocolate or confectionaries.  

All prices listed on our site include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Under UK VAT rules now apply VAT to Royal Mail shipping, it is also however applied to the charges of all other couriers where applicable.
A VAT invoice will be provided via email on dispatch of your order. Without a valid email address, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a VAT invoice for your payment.

We collect information given at the time of your order. And because we know how annoying junk mail is, we promise not to pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details to any third party.
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. We can provide a full schedule of all information collected on you for a fee of £10.00; to do so we will require significant proof of identification. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 the information will be provided within 30 days of required level of identification.

On order processing pages we use a 1024 bit SSL certificate from Thawte.
No credit card, debit card or bank information is held on our site, and all payment processing takes place off our site with the relevant payment processors such as Payla or Google Checkout.


Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct prices on our website we do reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel their order.
If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than our cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order and refund processed.
Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for 10 days after the order is placed. If there are price changes when stock becomes available again customers will be informed of any change before any payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

Corporate / Business Customers
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury.
If you have a credit account with us, payment is due 30 days after the date of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4% above Barclays Bank PLC’s base rate both before and after judgment.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
The above policies are part of our commitment to superior service. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
